The Inner Sparkle Programme

You’ve noticed it, haven’t you? That flicker of self-doubt that wasn’t there before. The way your once-bubbly daughter has started second-guessing herself, shrinking back in social situations, or getting upset over small things she used to brush off. Maybe she’s begun to compare herself to others, hold back her opinions, or struggle with big emotions she doesn’t quite have the words for yet. As a mum, it’s heartbreaking — because you can see her magic, but no matter how often you tell her how wonderful she is, it doesn’t seem to stick. And you’re quietly wondering, “How do I make sure she doesn’t carry these insecurities into her teenage years?”

That’s exactly why I created The Inner Sparkle Club — an 8-week 1:1 coaching programme designed to help tween girls (ages 7–12) grow in confidence, understand their emotions, and build the kind of self-worth that doesn’t crumble in the face of peer pressure or comparison. Drawing on 21 years as a teacher, my qualifications in Transformational Life Coaching, NLP and Positive Psychology, I create a safe, fun, and empowering space where your daughter can explore who she is, learn tools to handle life’s ups and downs, and most importantly, spark a belief in herself that lasts. This isn’t therapy. It’s proactive, playful, and powerfully preventative. It’s about helping her shine from the inside out — while you finally exhale, knowing she’s got the tools she needs.

8 private 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes each), tailored to your daughter’s unique personality and needs

The Shine Journal – a beautifully designed workbook packed with creative prompts, reflections, affirmations, and space to celebrate her growth

Emotional literacy & confidence tools based on Positive Psychology and NLP, to help her understand her feelings, speak up, and set boundaries

Engaging, age-appropriate activities that blend storytelling, drawing, and play to build self-esteem in a fun, non-intimidating way

Celebration session & strategies for her to refer to forever

The truth is, when girls don’t get the support they need to build confidence early on, those small insecurities can quietly grow. Over time, they may begin holding themselves back — afraid to speak up, try new things, or trust their own voice. You might see your daughter second-guessing herself more often, becoming overly self-critical, or shrinking in situations where she used to shine. Without the right tools, these patterns can follow her into her teenage years and beyond. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Taking action now gives her the foundation to feel strong, safe, and secure in who she is — so she can move through life with courage, joy, and self-belief.
